This Privacy Policy explains how Bardak ("the app", "we", "us"), developed by Gevorg Tonoyan, handles information when you use our mobile application. Bardak is built to be private by design: we do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.
1. Information we collect
None. Bardak does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not gather your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any device identifiers for tracking or advertising.
2. Internet connection and game content
Bardak needs an internet connection only to download game content — the words and categories — to your device. Once that content is downloaded, it is cached locally so the game works fully offline. No personal data is sent to us in the process.
3. Third-party services
We use Google Firebase solely as a content repository to store and deliver the word packs to the app. We do not use Firebase Analytics, crash reporting that identifies you, advertising, or any user-tracking features. No advertising identifiers are collected, and the app contains no third-party ads.
4. Children's privacy
Bardak is suitable for all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we collect no personal data from anyone, no data is collected from children. All word packs are manually reviewed to be age-appropriate.
5. Data security
Since Bardak does not collect or store personal information on our servers, there is no personal data at risk. Any game data (such as your settings or downloaded word packs) stays on your own device, and you can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app.
6. Your rights
Under regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored game data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
